No Recording Policy

We do not record any Live Sessions. Clients are strictly prohibited from recording, distributing or broadcasting any part of the Live Sessions without prior written consent.

Privacy and Interaction with Coaches

Clients are not allowed to harass or make inappropriate comments towards coaches during or outside the Live Sessions. Direct communication with coaches on personal platforms (e.g., social media, personal emails, personal phone numbers) is strictly prohibited. All interactions should remain within the designated platforms.

Health and Safety

By participating in the Sessions, you acknowledge that you are in good health and physically capable of performing the exercises. Planq is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from participating in these sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe and suitable environment for performing the exercises.

Disclaimer of Liability

Planq provides the workout sessions and solutions on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Planq makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the Sessions and merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Planq is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Sessions and related to your use of the services.

By purchasing and using the Devices, you expressly consent to the collection, recording, and storage of personal data, including but not limited to body weight, BMI, and other health-related metrics. You agree that Planq has the full right to access, use and analyze this data for the purpose of providing plans and related services.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the services are used correctly and in accordance with the instructions provided by Planq.

Termination

Planq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the account/sessions at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Future Products

These Terms also apply to any future products introduced by Planq that record personal data, including but not limited to smart rings or other health monitoring devices.
