Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or the platform through which the subscription was purchased (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Upon cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the current subscription period ends. Access to premium features will cease upon expiration of the active subscription period.
Refund Policy
As Planq provides digital services and immediate access to premium features, subscriptions and purchases are generally non-refundable.
Exceptional Refund Requests
Planq may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, including: Duplicate payments Technical issues preventing access to paid services Unauthorized transactions verified by our team All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Planq reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion after reviewing the circumstances.
Free Trials & Beta Programs
Where Planq offers free trials or beta access: No charges will be applied during the free trial period unless explicitly stated. Users may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid subscription charges. Any promotional or beta program benefits may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at Planqβs discretion.
